Breaking Ground

Our journey into climate adaptation action begins here! We are excited to announce that because of the Detroit Black Farmers Land Fund we have acquired 5 lots on Detroit’s west side to implement our Climate and Wellness Resiliency Center. When this site is complete we will have a hands-on community education center with inputs that focus on water harvesting and filtration; composting; geothermal temperature regulation; solar energy; native and medicinal plants; and storm drain water diversion.
